By accessing our website and using any of our products or services (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, and all other terms and conditions posted on the website. In this Agreement, "you" collectively refers to yourself and any other entities on whose behalf you access our Services. Your use of our Services, including placing orders or browsing our website, constitutes your acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to be bound by this Agreement. Please save a copy of this Agreement for your records. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove any provisions of this Agreement ("Changes") at our discretion and without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website, and we will notify you of such Changes through a notice on the website. By continuing to use the website after Changes are posted, you accept all modifications made up to that date. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or with any Changes made to it, your sole recourse is to discontinue using our Services. This Agreement was last modified on July 15th, 2024, and is effective as of that date.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, we ensure that the Goods ordered by you are shipped worldwide via regular air mail from the applicable third-party production facilities within 1-2 days of your payment being received. If you are within North America, you should allow 2-6 business days for the arrival of your ordered good. International buyers should expect their ordered Goods within 7-18 business days. We accept no responsibility for shipping delays, however caused (including delays caused by strikes, customs, or bad weather conditions).

Unless otherwise stated, all prices on the Website are in US dollars. We accept payments via PayPal; VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. We do not accept money orders or personal checks.

Make sure that you enter the exact billing address when entering your credit card information, or your order may not be processed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

434Limited wants you to love what you order. We will issue a refund or a replacement item free of charge if we deliver an incorrect size or style, incorrect printing, missing or damaged garments, or a misaligned printing error. All returns must be made within 15 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 15-day period.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method used and your bank's policies. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All T-Shirts ordered through our Website are brand new and made with 100% pre-shrunk cotton. You should wash these shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage and color bleeding.

We attempt to describe all Goods as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Any Goods that you purchase are subject to all terms and conditions relating to such purchase and that are provided to you from time to time (including, but not limited to, all terms and conditions posted during checkout and all terms and conditions delivered to you, in any manner or form, in connection with any Goods purchased).

FORCE MAJEURE

Our performance under these terms of use is excused in the event of interruption and/or delay due to, or resulting from, causes beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, embargo, acts of terrorism, power failure, equipment failure, postal service strike, industrial or labor disputes or controversies, acts of any third-party provider(s), third-party software, or communication method interruptions).
